- One of the most significant moments of this edition was the Finals of the different categories held at the Corona Stadium, an event that allowed participants to experience an unforgettable moment in the home of the Warriors.

The Santos Peñoles International Cup 2026 came to an end after five days of intense sports activity, once again consolidating itself as one of the most important children's and youth tournaments in Mexico and as a comprehensive development platform for thousands of girls, boys, and young people.

The opening ceremony marked the start of this great soccer celebration, bringing together more than 17,000 people at the Corona Stadium, within the Santos Modelo Territory.

During this 14th edition, more than 430 teams and nearly 7,000 players gathered in the Comarca Lagunera, representing different regions of the country, along with international participation from teams from Colombia and the United States. Throughout the competition, matches full of excitement and dedication were held at various venues, with the Santos Modelo Territory as the main hub.

The competition was held in the male and female branches, as well as in the Intellectual Disability category, reaffirming the commitment of Club Santos Laguna and Industrias Peñoles to inclusion, comprehensive development, and the promotion of values through sports.

Regarding their participation in the Santos Peñoles International Cup, Jesús Moctezuma, Coordinator of the Santos Met-Mex Academy in Torreón, shared:

“For us as a team, the Santos Peñoles International Cup 2026 represented a great sporting challenge due to the demands it entails. Life is a challenging journey in which we must always give our best at all times.”
