The Santos Ciudad Valles Academy, from San Luis Potosí, continues to excel in the 2026 Santos Peñoles International Cup, solidifying its presence in one of the most important youth and children's tournaments in Mexico.

In this edition, the tournament brings together more than 430 teams and around 7,000 players, with squads from nearly every state in Mexico, as well as countries like Colombia and the United States, creating an environment of high competition and comprehensive development.

Juan Miguel Barragán, Coordinator of the Academy, highlighted the significance of this tournament for their players, emphasizing that it represents an important achievement in their athletic journey:

“Participating in the Santos Peñoles Cup is a great motivation. For many players, it is an opportunity to compete on a high-level stage, face opponents from different regions and even countries, and showcase their talent. It reflects their discipline, effort, and years of preparation.”

He also underscored the competitive impact that these types of experiences have on the development of young players:
