The Under-21 Warriors defeated their Pachuca counterparts by a score of 2-0 in the continuation of matchday 10 of the 2026 Apertura Tournament, a match played this morning on Field 5 of the High-Performance Center at Territorio Santos Modelo.

After a goalless first half, Santos Laguna found the advantage in the second half. In the 62nd minute, forward Máximo Reyes opened the scoring, while Magnus López extended the lead in the 78th minute, securing the three points for the team led by Carlos Arturo Cruz.

With this result, Santos Laguna Under-21 reached 15 points and returned to playoff positions.

The Under-21 Warriors will resume activity on Sunday, October 11, when they visit Atlético de San Luis.
