After the match corresponding to matchday 1 of the Apertura 2026 Tournament against Rayados, Santos Laguna returned to activities this Monday at Territorio Santos Modelo to begin their preparation for the match against Atlas FC.

The Warriors will host the Rojinegros this Saturday, July 25, at 9:00 PM at Estadio Corona, in a match corresponding to matchday 2, which will mark their home debut in the current tournament.

Beyond the result obtained against the Monterrey team, a match in which forwards Lucas di Yorio and Eduardo Aguirre made their mark on the scoreboard, the Laguna team remains steadfast in their conviction to achieve a positive result at home and begin building a fortress at Estadio Corona during the Apertura 2026.

The match against the Guadalajara team will be the first of nine home games that Santos Laguna will play during the regular phase of the tournament, a setting where they will seek to create synergy with their fans to build a positive path throughout the competition.

Monday's practice was conducted in groups. The players who had the most participation in the match against Rayados carried out a regenerative session focused on physical recovery, while the rest of the squad worked on the field under the orders of coach Renato Paiva, performing technical-tactical exercises.

As part of the weekly planning, the Santos team will train from Tuesday to Friday in morning sessions, fine-tuning the final details before facing the Rojinegros.

The verdiblanca agenda for this week is as follows:

•    Tuesday 21: Morning training at TSM.
•    Wednesday 22: Morning training at TSM.
•    Thursday 23: Morning training at TSM.
•    Friday 24: Morning training at TSM.
•    Saturday 25: Match vs. Atlas FC | 9:00 PM | Estadio Corona.
