* The Santista team will resume their preparation tomorrow ahead of matchday 3 of the Apertura 2026 Tournament.

After earning their first three points of the Apertura 2026 Tournament last Saturday, following a 2-1 victory over Querétaro as visitors, the Guerreras will resume their activities tomorrow with an evening session at Territorio Santos Modelo, beginning their preparation for the match corresponding to matchday 3 against Rayadas.

Against Gallos Femenil, the Santistas secured their first win of the tournament with goals from Ivonne González, who scored her first goal as a Guerrera, and Sam Calvillo, who netted her fourth goal with the Club and her first of this campaign.

Starting Wednesday, the team led by Jhonathan Lazcano will train in morning sessions at their headquarters, maintaining this schedule for the rest of the week, except for Saturday, when they will hold an evening practice.

As part of their preparation for the next match, the Santista squad will once again have the presence of defender Sarina Villa, who will rejoin the Guerreras' activities after her participation with the El Salvador National Team in the Central American and Caribbean Games Santo Domingo 2026, a tournament in which La Selecta won the bronze medal.

The verdiblanca defender had an outstanding performance in the regional competition, starting all five matches for the Salvadoran team. The Central American team secured the bronze medal after defeating Venezuela 2-1 in the third-place match.

The Guerreras will host Rayadas next Monday, August 17, at 7:06 PM at Estadio Corona.
