As part of Club Santos Laguna's commitment to sustainable development and the comprehensive training of its new generations, a large number of members of its Youth Academy participated in a reforestation volunteer day at the Urban Forest of Torreón through its social responsibility program, Warriors of the Heart.

The activity was carried out in collaboration with Fundación Lala and the Municipal Directorate of the Environment of Torreón, bringing together 124 volunteers, including youth players from Club Santos Laguna, club staff, representatives from Fundación Lala, and invited authorities, who worked as a team to plant nearly 80 trees in this important green space of the Comarca Lagunera.

Present during the event were Ing. Marcelo Sánchez Adame, Municipal Director of the Environment of Torreón; Jesús Carranza, manager of the Urban Forest of Torreón; and Omar Tapia, Director of the Youth Academy of Club Santos Laguna, who emphasized the importance of involving new generations in actions that promote environmental care and strengthen values such as responsibility, solidarity, and teamwork.

Through initiatives like this, Club Santos Laguna reaffirms its commitment to generating a positive impact both on and off the field, shaping Warriors who not only aim to excel in sports but also actively contribute to the well-being of their community.
