Reaffirming the social commitment that distinguishes the entire Guerrera Family and the solidarity spirit of the Lagunera region, the players of the First Team and Santos Laguna Femenil made a financial donation to support the communities affected by the emergency in Venezuela.
Aware of the difficult situation faced by thousands of families, the footballers decided to join efforts to provide support to those who need it most today.
This initiative was made possible thanks to the management of Guerreros de Coraz贸n, the social responsibility program of Club Santos Laguna, in coordination with Fundaci贸n Sun.Risas, an emergency response network dedicated to channeling immediate aid to affected communities.
The resources will be allocated to the Instituto Docente de Urolog铆a (IDU), a medical and academic reference center located in Valencia, Carabobo state, as well as to TraumaUnit, a specialized unit in traumatology and orthopedic surgery operating within the institute itself.
Both institutions provide free medical care to people affected by the emergency, offering essential services to address the most urgent needs of the population.
