WARRIORS ADVANCE TO THE SEMIFINALS OF THE NATIONAL UNDER-14 YOUTH TOURNAMENT
With determination and character, the Warriors secured their place in the Semifinals of the Liga MX Under-14 National Youth Tournament after winning in a penalty shootout following a goalless draw against América in regular time, in a match corresponding to the Quarterfinals.
Throughout the match, the Albiverdes focused on discipline and intensity in every area of the field, successfully containing the opponent's offensive attempts and creating opportunities that, although not converted, kept the balance even during the 60 minutes of regulation time.
From the penalty spot, the Santos team showed precision by converting four of their kicks, while goalkeeper Emiliano Olvera became the hero by saving the decisive shot, sealing the series (4-2) and their passage to the next round.
The Warriors will face Pachuca in the Semifinals, aiming to continue their journey in the competition and secure a spot in the title match.
