YOUTH WARRIOR CALLED UP TO THE MEXICAN U-16 NATIONAL TEAM
The Mexico Women's U-16 National Team announced its roster for the upcoming international tour in Montaigu, France, featuring Canterana Guerrera Renata Ramírez.
The national team will gather until Tuesday, April 7, 2026, during which they will play a series of matches against international teams as part of their development process.
Below is the match schedule:
• March 30: Japan vs Mexico | 11:30 hrs (CT)
• April 1: Portugal vs Mexico | 11:30 hrs (CT)
• April 3: Mexico vs China | 11:30 hrs (CT)
• April 5: Final / 3rd or 5th place
Renata, a 15-year-old midfielder from Laguna, joined the Cantera Guerrera during the Apertura 2024 Tournament, making her debut with the First Team in Apertura 2025, a tournament in which she also scored her first goal, securing the victory for the verdiblancas against Puebla at the Estadio Corona.
