SANTOS LAGUNA BEGAN THE PATH FOR THEIR NEXT PRESEASON STAGE IN BALTIMORE
The First Team of Santos Laguna trained this Thursday morning at the facilities of Territorio Santos Modelo, thus completing their last training session in the Comarca Lagunera during this first stage of the Guerreros Preseason ahead of the 2026 Apertura Tournament and the 2026 Leagues Cup.
After concluding the morning practice, the Santos squad prepared to head to the Torreón International Airport and travel to Mexico City, where they will stay overnight.
This Friday, the verdiblanca delegation will begin their journey to Baltimore, Maryland, where they will continue the next phase of their preparation. The Santos team will remain in the United States until June 30, during which they have scheduled eight training sessions and two friendly matches.
Among the delegation making the trip are reinforcements Diego González, Eduardo Aguirre, Joshua Mancha, and Franco Pardo, who continue to integrate with the albiverde team ahead of the upcoming football semester.
During their stay in the United States, Santos Laguna will face Annapolis Blues FC on June 23 and New York Cosmos on June 28, matches that will allow the team to continue strengthening their collective performance, solidify the playing style promoted by the Coaching Staff, and fine-tune details ahead of official competition.
It is worth noting that the Guerreros have already begun their preparation activities by defeating Mineros de Zacatecas 3-1 in the friendly match held this Wednesday on Field 5 of Territorio Santos Modelo.
