SANTOS LAGUNA ADVANCES IN ITS PREPARATION DURING THE FIRST WEEK OF ACTIVITIES
- As part of the Guerrera Preseason, Santos Laguna will travel on June 19 to Baltimore, Maryland, where they will continue their preparation until June 30, working at the Coppermine facilities.
- Players Eduardo Aguirre, Diego González, and Joshua Mancha are already integrated into the team's activities.
Santos Laguna continues advancing in their preparation for the Apertura 2026 Tournament and the 2026 Leagues Cup, completing the first stage of work corresponding to the Guerrera Preseason this Wednesday.
During the first days of activity, the verdiblanco squad carried out medical, physical, and functional evaluations to establish monitoring parameters and optimize the planning of workloads for the coming weeks.
The evaluations included mobility, stability, muscle activation, and body composition tests, as well as specialized tests conducted at the SANTOS LAB physiology laboratory, located within the Applied Sports Science area at Territorio Santos Modelo, and clinical check-ups scheduled at the Sanatorio Español.
Starting this Thursday, the team led by Renato Paiva will begin on-field training at TSM. The work program includes double sessions on Thursday and Saturday, as well as a morning practice on Friday.
After this first stage of work at TSM, the team will continue their preparation in Baltimore, Maryland, where they will hold a training camp during the last two weeks of June.
