At the end of the match against Pumas, Argentine defender Franco Pardo highlighted the importance of the victory and the significance of setting a new record for the institution, while emphasizing the need to stay focused on each game.
“We knew it was important to achieve the sixth consecutive victory and earn three points to fully enter the qualification zone. We are very happy with how the match went and how we managed it, despite the red card. We knew we were facing a tough opponent with a lot of quality, but we handled it well.”
The albiverde defender emphasized that the team maintains the mentality of advancing game by game, aware of the importance of continuing to earn points in the final stretch of the regular phase.

Pardo also acknowledged the support of the Guerrera Fans, who have stood by the team during tough times and in the current positive streak, and he expressed gratitude for their constant support.
“We are aware of the support the fans give us. They were with us when the streak wasn’t good, and now that things are going better, they continue to support us. We can only thank them. We still have some home games left, so we always look forward to seeing them.”
