The Guerreras reported this Monday at Territorio Santos Modelo to begin their preparation for the Apertura 2026 Tournament of the Liga MX Femenil.

During the first days of activity, the squad will focus on conducting medical, physical, and functional evaluations, which will take place from June 8 to 10 under the supervision of the Applied Sports Science department.

As part of this first stage of preseason, the players will undergo clinical studies and scheduled medical check-ups at the Sanatorio Español, in addition to various assessments at the TSM facilities.

The players will undergo anthropometric measurements, kinesiological and dynamic tests focused on mobility, stability, and functionality, as well as strength and performance evaluations using VALD technology and tensiomyography (TMG).

Once the evaluations are completed, the Guerreras will formally begin their training sessions under the guidance of coach Jhonathan Lazcano, dedicating the month of June and part of July to their preparation at their headquarters.

As part of their preseason agenda, the Santos squad will embark on a preparation tour through the center of the country. In Mexico City, they will face Cruz Azul and Atlante on July 15 and 17, respectively. Subsequently, they will travel to Querétaro to face Gallos Femenil on July 19.

The Guerreras will also visit Monterrey to face Rayadas on July 25.
