Torreón, Coahuila, August 18, 2026.– The Santos Laguna Club Training Centers have begun their activities for the 2026-27 Season, reaffirming the institution's commitment to the comprehensive development of girls, boys, and young people, as well as the creation of spaces that contribute to their growth through soccer.

On Monday, August 10, training sessions began at the Santos Lala Training Center, located in Territorio Santos Modelo, marking the start of a new training cycle for players in various categories.

Subsequently, on Monday, August 17, activities began at the Santos Norte Training Centers (Rincón del Marqués in Torreón) and the Madriguera Training Center, located in Saltillo, Coahuila, as well as the Santos Torreón Puede Más Academy in the Línea Verde area of Torreón, thus completing the start of activities for the institution's various training spaces for the new season.

This start of the cycle represents the continuation of a strategy that Santos Laguna Club has promoted to strengthen sports training opportunities in the region and bring its methodology, values, and philosophy to a greater number of girls, boys, and young people.

MORE SPACES FOR THE TRAINING OF GIRLS, BOYS, AND YOUNG PEOPLE

In recent months, Santos Laguna has reinforced its commitment to the children of the Laguna region through the opening and consolidation of new spaces dedicated to their comprehensive development.

In 2025, the Santos Torreón Puede Más Academy (Línea Verde) was inaugurated, a project developed in collaboration with the Torreón City Council and DIF Torreón, which currently benefits more than 200 girls and boys in the Línea Verde sector of Torreón, providing them with the opportunity to develop through soccer in a training and community environment.

During the same year, the Santos Norte Training Center also opened its doors, the result of work carried out in the Rincón del Marqués sector, with the aim of promoting the training of between 60 and 100 girls, boys, and young people through soccer.

These spaces are joined by the Santos Lala Training Center, located in Territorio Santos Modelo, which currently hosts more than 330 girls, boys, and young people daily, consolidating itself as one of the main training hubs within the Santos Laguna structure.

In this way, the Santos Laguna Training Centers continue to expand their reach in the region, creating spaces where girls, boys, and young people can learn, compete, and develop sports and personal skills, guided by a methodology aligned with the values and philosophy that distinguish the institution.
