The Mexican U-23 National Team concluded its June training camp, held from May 31 to June 9 at the facilities of the Mexican Football Federation, with the participation of Santos academy players Geovanni Pérez and Tahiel Jiménez.

During this training period, the team led by coach Eduardo Arce held various training sessions, wrapping up the camp with a preparation match against Querétaro U-21, a rival they defeated 3-1, with contributions from the verdiblanco players.

"Gio" was part of the starting XI and played the entire match, playing an important role in the defensive zone to contain the attacks of the Querétaro team.

Meanwhile, forward Tahiel Jiménez also started the match, creating danger in the attacking front and contributing an assist in the national team's victory.
